Social Security Disability

Social Security offers two types of benefits, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSDI is for workers that have been injured and medically incapable of working that have paid into the federal Social Security system for a period of time and SSI provides disability benefits for those whose work history is not strong enough to qualify them for SSDI. Our experienced attorneys can help you with appealing the initial denial, filing for reconsideration, and represent you at a hearing before an administrative law judge.
